leridistim A recombinant chimeric dual G-CSF and IL-3 receptor agonist. Leridistim binds with high affinity to both the interleukin-3 (IL-3) and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) receptors, thereby stimulating the production and maturation of neutrophils, platelets, and lymphocytes after chemotherapy. Check for active clinical trials or closed clinical trials using this agent. (NCI Thesaurus)
