August 12, 2008: The FURLS and PNSI applications were subject to intermittent availability from 6:00am to 8:00am EDT on Saturday, August 16, 2008, due to system maintenance.

June 30, 2008 ESG production system was unavailable from 9AM to 2:15PM on 06/30/2008.

June 24, 2008 ESG production system was down due to technical issues from 06/23/2008 6:30PM to 06/24/08 1:30AM.

June 10, 2008 ESG production system was down due to technical issues on 06/10/2008 from 11:30AM to 7:20PM.

May 15, 2008 ESG production system was down from 10PM to 11:20PM on May 15, 2008.

May 3, 2008 All systems were down for system maintenance from 1am to 8pm on Saturday, May 3, 2008.

April 12, 2008 ESG pre-production was down for system maintenance from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, April 12, 2008.

March 22, 2008 The ESG Pre-Production (Test) Gateway System was down for maintenance from 8 pm to 11pm Saturday, March 22, 2008.

March 3, 2008 The ESG Pre-Production (Test) Gateway System was down for maintenance from March 1, 2008 to March 2, 2008. AS1 support ended on March 1, 2008.

December 8, 2007 PNSI was unavailable from 3:00am to 5:00am Saturday, December 8th due to system maintenance.

December 6, 2007 The ESG Production system was unavailable from 10:00PM to 11:30PM Thursday, December 6th due to technical issues.

May 29, 2007: The ESG pre-production Center Server for CDER, AERS, and Gateway Test was down for repairs from May 22, 2007 to May 29, 2007.

May 17, 2007: The ESG pre-production Center Server for CDER, AERS, and Gateway Test was down for repairs from 8 PM May 16 until 4 PM May 17.

April 23, 2007: The ESG Pre-production/Test system was unavailable from noon Friday, April 20 to 10:30am Monday, April 23 due to scheduled maintenance.
