Management
(ISTM) Policy
The Information Technology Policy office
is the CSREES subunit responsible for leadership
and coordination on information and information
technology policy issues and for e-government
program leadership including business transformation.
Specific responsibilities include, but
are not limited to:
- IT strategic and operational planning.
- Capital planning and investment control.
- Enterprise architecture.
- ISTM Policies and Procedures.
- Electronic grants.
- Paperwork Reduction and Government
Paperwork Elimination Acts (PRA and GPEA).
- Coordination and issue-resolution on
topics above as well as reporting with
USDA/OCIO, OMB, and other federal agencies
and CSREES stakeholders.
- Records Management
