"You should definitely put this conference on next year's to-do list.
For nonprofits engaged in service work, those that use volunteers to
perform their mission, and for corporations, it is a tremendous
learning opportunity!"
— Kate Lee, 2008 Attendee
"The things we need to do to make a better society—we must do them now...
we cannot wait for someone else to do it!"
— Rep. John Lewis
"I saw America at this conference. What it is and what it can do.
Every shape, size, creed, and age was represented. It truly was the
epitome of illustrating the power of what an individual can do."
— Ellyn Peabody, 2008 Attendee
