Program Description
The Scott County, MN, MRC was formed out of the awareness that public health workers will need the support and assistance of health professional volunteers in the event of a public health emergency. Scott County MRC Volunteers are encouraged to particiapte in trainings that will prepare them to volunteer in emergencies that require a Mass Dispensing Site, a public health hotline or Isolation and Quarantine. These trainings and others are provided through in person and on-line education opportunities related to public health and emergency preparedness.
