CSREES Grants Policy and Procedures Bulletins (GPP Bulletins)

The CSREES Office of Extramural Programs (OEP) is charged with providing leadership in the formulation and implementation of Federal assistance policy for CSREES programs as well as establishing operational administrative management policies regarding the solicitation, negotiation, execution, and administration of grants and cooperative agreements in accordance with authorizing legislation and Federal and Departmental assistance regulations. As part of its responsibility, OEP issues CSREES Grants Policy and Procedures Bulletins (GPP Bulletins) that will remain in place until revised or cancelled. These CSREES GPP Bulletins serve to clarify, supplement, and/or interpret Federal assistance legislation and regulations for CSREES applicants and recipients.
