Our web site is designed to provide more in-depth information on MATA and its services.Each weekday, we proudly transport nearly 40,000 riders throughout Memphis and the surrounding areas on 244 transit vehicles including paratransit vans, vintage rail trolleys and conventional accessible buses. We serve four (4) cities in Shelby County and West Memphis in Arkansas. Our authentic vintage trolleys offer a nostalgic trip to some of downtown's most notable attractions and a breathtaking view of the mighty Mississippi River along the magnificent Riverfront. NEW ROUTE CHANGES
MATA has implemented new route changes that are currently in effect. The following routes were improved: Route 10, Route 31, Route 46, Route 52, and Route 81. These improvements have been added to the system map as well.
