Married-Couple and Unmarried-Partner Households: 2000 — Report and supplementary tables on the Internet show numbers of married-couple households in 2000, as well as unmarried partner households consisting of partners of opposite sexes and partners of the same sex. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 23.)

Gross Migration Summary — Internet file with counts of people 5 years old and over, nonmovers and movers by geographic area (United States, regions, states, counties and minor civil divisions in New England, and individual metropolitan areas); the numbers of in- and out-migrants by the same or different geographic area, as well as domestic net migration and the number of people living abroad five years ago. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of  Feb. 23.)

Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2002 — Latest edition of the national data book, a perennial government best-seller; first published in 1878. (Scheduled for release Feb. 11.)

Current Population Survey: March 2003 — On March 16, Census Bureau field representatives will begin visiting randomly selected households in the annual Current Population Survey's update of employment data. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 9.)

Census Bureau Facts for Features: Women's History Month — Statistical information from the Census Bureau's demographic subject areas on women, who we celebrate in March. Similar Facts for Features commemorate other events and holidays throughout the year. (Tentatively scheduled for release Feb. 14.)

The Black Population in the United States: March 2002 — Report and tables from the March 2002 Current Population Survey show data on age, marital status, family type and size, education, occupation, income, poverty and housing for blacks. The tables also show comparable national data for non-Hispanic whites. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 16.)

Supplemental Security Income and Its Non-Institutional Recipients: July 1997 and 1999 — Information on SSI about who receives benefits, how much they receive and other demographic characteristics. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 16.)

The Foreign-Born Population in the United States, March 2002 — Annual report and 60 data tables show foreign-born population by nativity, citizenship status, year of entry into the United States and region of birth. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 23.)

Educational Attainment in the United States, March 2001 and March 2002 Two packages of 16 tables each on educational trends and attainment levels at the national, state and large metropolitan areas. (Tentatively scheduled for release the week of Feb. 23.)

Census Bureau Facts for Features: St. Patrick's Day — Statistical information from the Census Bureau's demographic and economic subject areas pertaining to St. Patrick's Day 2003. 2001 Public Education Finances — Internet tabulations provide revenues, expenditures, debt and financial assets for individual, public elementary and secondary school systems. The Profile America CD for February is in distribution. Also in distribution is a special occasion CD for Black History Month, with daily features focusing on accomplished African-Americans. Heard on more than 500 stations across the country, Profile America's daily features are keyed to an event whose anniversary or observance is celebrated on the air date. February's regular Profile America covers topics such as the first computer, American Heart Month and the nation's first telephone directory.
