2008 Census Dress Rehearsal LUCA Program

The 2008 Census Dress Rehearsal LUCA program offered state and local governments the option to participate using paper census maps and address listings, computer-readable address lists, and digital representations of the census maps in shapefile format [PDF] / [Word] that requires a Geographic Information System (GIS) software package. This software currently is under development and not available as an option for the Dress Rehearsal LUCA program. The 2008 Census Dress Rehearsal LUCA Program Information Brochure [PDF] / [Word] offers an overview of the 2008 DR LUCA program.
