A recognition ceremony honoring recipients of the 2002 OPM Director's Award for Outstanding ADR Programs followed by a reception for all attendees. Director Kay Coles James will be the keynote speaker and present the awards.

When:

9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2003

Ceremony: U.S. Office of Personnel Management Alan K. Campbell Auditorium 1900 E Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.

Reception:

Room 1350 (following ceremony)

Who's Invited:

All individuals who are involved in, will be involved in, or are interested in, the resolution of Federal workplace disputes; agency Dispute Resolution Specialists; Directors of Agency Legal Offices and legal staff; Directors of Human Resources and other human resources staff; Directors of Equal Employment Opportunity and EEO specialists; management, union officials, and employees; and ADR Award nominees and recipients.

Why Attend:

To learn about innovative ideas, successful practices, and strategies you can use in your own agencies to set up new ADR programs or help make existing ones more effective in helping your agency better manage its human capital. You will be able to talk to key program officials involved in setting up and administering ADR programs.
