TSA Security Fees

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics Office of Airline Information (BTS/OAI) is tasked with the collection of September 11th Security Fees statistics for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The primary method of data collection is via a secure web application which requires appropriate credentials (username/password) to access. Alternatively, a paper form can be downloaded from:

Or, for those with limited internet capability, a simpler version can be downloaded from:
