Services & Recreation Associaton (ESRA). Operating out of the
USDA headquarters in Washington, DC, the Association provides a
variety of programs and services for the benefit of USDA employees
and their families. On this site, you will find information on recreational,
educational and social programs in addition to a wide variety of
services, including the Ag Connection employee store, the ESRA Fitness
Centers, our online shopping catalog, discount programs and much
