Recruiting in a Downsizing World
Focus of January 21 Federal Human Resources Forum Satellite Telecast

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Federal Human Resources Forum (FHRF) satellite telecast beams up at 1 p.m. EST Wednesday, January 21 to discuss Recruiting in a Downsizing World.

Among the highlights of the January 21 broadcast:

• Janice Lachance, Director, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), reviews the Nine Merit System Principles that undergird the federal personnel system.
• OPM offers training and other assistance to ensure the merit system is being properly followed.
