Kids in Motion
Who:
ABQ RIDE spearheads the program. Kids in Motion Specialists are available to take this program to any Albuquerque elementary or middle school.
What:
Kids in Motion is a hands-on educational program geared at teaching young people about transportation and its effects on our environment.
Where:
In your classroom, at your convenience.
Why:
Albuquerque's young people hold the key to our community's future. They are the commuters of tomorrow. Let's teach them how to be responsible commuters and keep our skies blue.
How:
Make sure you meet the requirements listed below and call 243-RIDE to set up your Kids in Motion session.
Length:
One complete Kids in Motion session takes 45 minutes to one hour, but abbreviated sessions can be arranged upon request.
Class size:
Maximum class size for the program is 25 students.
Needs:
Kids in Motion Specialists request the cooperation and assistance of the teacher throughout the process. Preliminary arrangements, assistance with student activities during the session, and follow-up evaluations are suggested.
How much:
It's FREE!!
