OPM DIRECTOR JANICE R. LACHANCE TO SPEAK ON THE ROLE OF FEDERAL HR IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Washington, D.C. U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Janice R. Lachance will discuss the challenges facing the human resources community in the next century during her keynote address at the Fifth Technical Meeting, a Social Security-sponsored conference. Social Security officials from at least thirty countries from South America, Central America, and the Caribbean will attend the conference.
