Workforce Conference to Highlight Advances in Background Investigations

The 2006 OPM Federal Workforce Conference will provide federal workforce development and security personnel with the opportunity to explore means to facilitate efficient, timely and high-quality background investigations. The Background Investigations: Securing Your Agency's Future forum will provide information on the latest in policy, products, automation initiatives and services available.

"More than any time in our history, the human resources and security communities must work together to ensure effective staffing and hiring within the federal government," said John Czajkowski, deputy associate director for Investigative Program Services in OPM's Federal Investigative Services Division. "Investigations are an integral part of the federal staffing and security process."
