Annual CBET Grantees Conference

The Division of Chemical, Bioengineering, Environmental, and Transport Systems (CBET) is planning to hold annual grantee conferences for all awardees.

Awardees are expected to attend the annual CBET Grantee Conference at least once during the duration of their award.  Currently, we are asking awardees to plan to attend the conference during the second year of their award.  Principal Investigators are asked not to send substitutes; however, additional attendees are welcome.  Funds to attend the conference must be budgeted in the proposal.

No supporting detail is required for attendance at the annual Grantee Conference budgeted at $2000 (or less) per person, limited to $4000 per year.  Re-programming of the travel money will not be permitted.  Failure to attend the conference within the timeframe of the award will result in the loss of travel funds.  See Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
