Plum Hutchinson, KS 67501 The goal of the Kansas Small Mine Safety training program is to provide cost-effective, site-specific, and on site safety training for all mining operations in the state of Kansas. Within the Hutchinson Community College, the Kansas Small Mine Safety program has a reputation for providing new, informative, and innovative training for every client company.
