Under a contract made with Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Deep Mine Safety, the Penn State Miner Training Program continues to make quality mine health and safety training available to mine operators, miners, and contractors working in Delaware mining operations and in the tri-state area.
