“Working with Communities for Environmental Health,” a satellite broadcast program, aired on Thursday, September 12, 2002, and provided a variety of useful tools and helpful information for professionals. The program is intended to

  • improve their ability to address environmental and public health concerns, and
  • work more effectively with communities and community-based organizations.

A live question-and-answer session enabled participants nationwide to pose questions to panelists via toll-free telephone, fax, or TTY lines during the broadcast. The program is now available as a Webcast and will also be available as a videotape. For more information, go to: http://www2.cdc.gov/phtn/envedu/. Exit ATSDR

The program will also be available on videotape. Contact atsdr-nurse@cdc.gov for information.
