The Chesapeake Watershed Forum is an annual conference for watershed organizations and local government officials from around the Bay region. This year's forum will be held on October 2, 3, 4, and 5, in Shepherdstown, WV.
In April, the Chesapeake Bay Program released its Chesapeake Bay 2006 Health and Restoration Assessment.
The report, divided into two parts: Ecosystem Health and Restoration Efforts, gives watershed residents a concise synopsis of Bay health and
on-the-ground restoration efforts taking place across its vast watershed.
