Customer Service Goals

Original Applications

We will complete our screening and processing of all original applications and registrations to commence operations within sixty days of receipt of a perfected application packet.

Amended Applications

We will complete our screening and processing of all amended applications and registrations to alter existing approved permits/registrations within sixty days of receipt of the perfected documents.

MNBP Claims

We will complete our verification and processing of all claims filed by Manufacturers of Non-Beverage Products within thirty days of receipt of the perfected claim documents.

Excise Tax Claims

We will complete our verification and processing of all claims filed for Excise Tax (other than MNBP) within forty-five days of receipt of the perfected claim documents.

(Note: While circumstances may prevent us from reaching these goals in every case, we will strive to meet these expectations whenever possible.)
