Background

Sally Mills began her career with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS), in 1981, as a Clerk-Typist on the Director’s Office, South Technical Service Center (South TSC), Fort Worth, Texas.

In September 1994, Mills transferred to the Hays Area Office, Hays, Kansas, and held the position of Area Administrative Assistant.

In August 1995, Mills moved to the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Southeast Regional Office, Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Regional Conservationist.

In January 1999, Mills was reassigned to the Regional Conservationist’s Office of the South Central Regional Office, in Fort Worth, Texas.

As a result of the South Central Regional Office’s closure in September 2004, Mills was reassigned to the Central National Technology Support Center (NTSC), where she serves as Office Assistant to Director Ronald C. Williams.
