Question
Just as a big truck creates a 'whoosh' all around when it passes by, will Toutatis create one as well (like a swoosh or a 'wind')?
Space is empty and silent. The 'whoosh' of the truck is sound made in, and carried by, the air. There is nothing comparable in space. It is commonplace in movies to provide a soundtrack including space sounds, such as explosions. However, that is a Hollywood convention, not a realistic depiction.
