Here is what others are saying about the
WOMAN Activity Tracker & the 2008 WOMAN Challenge!

"I was so inspired to see my progress on the map! Even on days where the last thing I wanted to do was exercise, I would because I wanted to move forward. The activity calculator was also a great help. It was fun to see how I could sneak some extra steps into my every day activities. - Meredith"

"This year will be Team Kelso's third WOMAN Challenge. We're co-workers and we look forward to the challenge every year. We have a brown bag lunch once a week and take turns highlighting the cities where we have been and where we will be going. You can pull up a short video clip, off the Internet, for almost every city on your route. It's one way we learn about all the wonderful places this great country has to offer. Keep on moving :)"

Bonus Challenges

A Bonus Challenge is an opportunity for you to earn an extra point by completing an interactive activity. Sometimes the activity will be something you do at home and sometime it will be something you do on the Internet. Bonus Challenges are offered every 5 weeks beginning on August 3, 2008. There are a total of 8 Bonus Challenges offered throughout the WOMAN Activity Tracker and each is worth one point. If all the members of a team complete a Bonus Challenge, the team will get an extra point.
