"A year ago I was in terrible shape. I didn't exercise at all, I was on medication for my blood pressure and my blood sugars were on the rise. I reached a point and decided I had to do something. In July of 2007 I started a weight loss program and as of today have lost 130.5 lbs. I no longer have problems with my blood sugars, am off my blood pressure medication and I exercise 7 days a week, twice a day most days. I feel great and look forward to a much longer, healthier life." |
