OIL REFINERY EXPLOSION

Visible imagery cleary shows the dark smoke plume from the Big Spring Oil Refinery explosion. Interstate 20 near Big Spring has been closed.

This afternoon, the mixing height will be about 5000 feet. Below is an image of the forecasted transport winds.
