Regression of pairwise estimates of genetic divergence (FST values) on geographic distance among coastal samples from North America ranging from Washington State to the Aleutian Islands. Samples from the Strait of Georgia and southern Puget Sound appear to be divergent from coastal samples, inferring that separate estuarine or fjord stocks may exist.
