| Coastal storm to track out of the Mid-Atlantic states tonight and reach the Gulf of Maine Maine late Wednesday. This system will bring significant snowfall to the mountains, and a messy mix of winter precipitation to Coastal areas Wednesday into Wednesday night. The storm continues to move into Canadian Maritimes Thursday. A ridge of high pressure then approaches the region and crests over the region early Saturday as a low pressure clipper system located over the eastern Great Lakes heads for New England and moves across the region Saturday evening.
