Data Formats and Availability

Water-Quality data are available in two formats: daily profile and temporal.

Note: Although recently collected data presented on this web site have gone through quality-assurance checks, these data should be considered PROVISIONAL and are subject to revision until formal USGS publication.

Profile Data

Profile data shows change with depth for a parameter. This web site contains daily profile data. Data for the last two profiles of the previous day are shown on graphs. All profile data for the previous day are provided in a data table. Historical profile data tables can be requested from the USGS (contact information is at the bottom of this page).

Temporal Data

Temporal data shows the change over time for a parameter at a specified depth. Temporal data are available upon request (contact information is at the bottom of this page). Gaps in data may be due to missing data caused by instrument malfunction or due to spurious data that have been deleted.

Meteorological Data

Near-real-time data are available on this web site. Data from the previous day are shown on graphs and in tables. All meteorological data are average hourly values.
