Federal firearms licensees and explosives licensees and permittees; proprietors of distilled spirits plants, bonded wine cellars, taxpaid wine bottling houses, volatile fruit-flavor concentrate plants, export warehouses, and vinegar plants, brewers; dealers in and users of specially denatured alcohol, reprocessors of specially denatured alcohol articles; users of tax-free alcohol; manufacturers of tobacco products, cigarette papers and tubes, and nonbeverage (drawback) products, importers; wholesale dealers in alcoholic beverages; manufacturers of liquor bottles; and others concerned:

PURPOSE. This circular is issued to announce a telephone change for the supply source of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). The address for industry use forms and publications will remain the same.

REQUISITIONS.

a. ATF F 1600.1. To facilitate orders for ATF printed material, ATF F 1600.1, Requisition for Forms or Publications, should be used. Requester's name and return street address are required on the shipping label portion when completing this form.

b. ATF F 1600.8. To expedite orders for firearms forms (e.g., ATF F 4473 - Parts 1 and 2, etc.), ATF F 1600.8, Requisition for Firearms Forms, may be used. This form should be completed with the requester's name and return street address on the shipping label portion.

c. All requests and the forms mentioned above should be submitted to the Distribution Center with the following information:
