How can my family take part in BodyWorks?

To find upcoming BodyWorks programs in your area, please visit "Upcoming trainings/programs & Trainers in Your Area." If you can't locate an upcoming program or a trainer in your area, please keep checking the BodyWorks web site as OWH plans to bring this program to your community in the near future.

OWH also offers several resources for both parents and girls on healthy eating, physical activity, and other health-related issues. Please visit www.womenshealth.gov and www.girlshealth.gov for more information.
