Effective October 1, 2007, EPA shifted the management of the TSCA PCB cleanup and disposal regulations to the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER), the office that regulates hazardous waste management. This shift will consolidate most PCB-related cleanup and disposal regulations in OSWER.
