    Options Exchange regarding the Exchange's open  outcry  crossing  rule
    has become effective  under  Section  19(b)(3)(A)  of  the  Securities
    Exchange Act of 1934. Publication of the proposal is expected  in  the

    A proposed rule change (SR-CBOE-2006-83) filed by  the  Chicago  Board
    Options Exchange relating to complex orders has become effective under
    Section  19(b)(3)(A)  of  the  Securities  Exchange   Act   of   1934.
    Publication of the proposal is expected to  be  made  in  the  Federal

    ACCELERATED APPROVAL OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGE

    The Commission noticed and granted accelerated approval to a  proposed
    rule change (SR-NYSE-2006-54) submitted by  New  York  Stock  Exchange
    under Rule 19b-4 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934  to  list  and
    trade  two  series  of   commodity-linked   securities   of   Wachovia
    Corporation. Publication is expected in the  Federal  Register  during

    APPROVAL OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGES

    The Commission has approved a proposed  rule  change  (SR-BSE-2006-36)
    and Amendment  No.  1  thereto  submitted  under  Rule  19b-4  of  the
    Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by the Boston Stock Exchange  relating
    to the Market Opening Pilot Program for the  Boston  Options  Exchange
