In addition to the items covered in the FHWA privacy policy, Highways for LIFE provides:

• An online form to submit a candidate story. The projects and project information posted will be determined by the FHWA. The information collected will be made publicly available on the Highways for LIFE website. The contact information submitted will be shared with the team members. We will collect the IP address (an IP address is a number that is assigned to each computer connected to the Internet) from which you access this Web site.
• Email Notifications. We will collect your email address and preferences for notifications. Your email address will be used only to notify you when an item that you have indicated is updated or added.
• Project Demonstration Showcase Registration. Your information will be provided to the workshop coordinators.
