This publication contains statistics on all civilian employees of the Federal Government.  Data presented includes employment distributions by States, counties, metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), U.S. territories, and foreign countries.  For the States, counties, and MSAs, employment figures are shown by major pay systems and by selected Federal agencies.  Employment by U.S. citizenship for selected agencies is presented for U.S. territories and foreign countries.
