Exhibit Hours
- Tuesday, Sep 26, 2006: 6:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sep 27, 2006: 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Sep 28, 2006: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Exhibit booth staffing is requested during receptions, breaks, and poster
sessions.
Exhibit Teardown
- Thursday, Sep 28: 3:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Exhibit Fees
- Full Exhibit Booth: $400
- Non-Profit Exhibit Table: $200
(Tables are only available to registered 501(c)3/non-profit organizations.)
Note: All exhibitor representatives must also register for the conference. Conference registration is not included in

Application Deadline

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. If written cancellations are received by June 30, 2006, a 75% refund
will be made. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2006.
Door Prizes
Door prizes donated by exhibitors will be given at the Friday closing session. Indicate on the Exhibit Application
form if you will donate a door prize.
