May 9, 2008, Changes in the WASDE Report:
-
U.S. commercial exports for dairy products on a fat-basis and skim solids-basis have been added to the dairy table back to 2004 and subtracted from commercial use. Commercial use reflects domestic commercial use only. (XLS PDF)

Broiler stocks data back to 2003 have been adjusted to remove chicken paws, currently included in the stocks estimate, to maintain consistency with production and export data. (XLS PDF)
