status, age, identity and work eligibility.
To get a replacement card, you must show us documents proving your
immigration status, identity and work eligibility. You must also
show us a document proving your age, if it is not already in
our records.
All documents must be current (not expired). |

- Employment Authorization Card (I-766 or I-688B); or
- Form
I-551 (Permanent Resident Card).
