Evaluation Guides Evaluation guides are available for each of TOP's four application
areas: The aim of these guides is to engage the user through the utilization of worksheet tools and exercises on how to integrate program planning, evaluation, and program implementation for greater success. The guides have been developed with the novice evaluator in mind, however experienced evaluators may also find them useful.
