National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) Reports
2007-2011 NPIAS Report

The Secretary of Transportation transmitted the 2007-2011 National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) to Congress on September 29, 2006. The AIP-eligible development needs identified in this report were compiled as of December 2005 with selected updates through July 2006. The 5-year development totals shown in Appendix A will be used for calculation of FY 2007 nonprimary entitlements.
We have divided the latest report into sections for easy downloading.

The AIP-eligible development needs identified in this report were compiled as of December 2003 and updated in February 2004. The 5-year development totals shown in Appendix A will be used for calculation of FY 2005 and FY 2006 nonprimary entitlements.
