This section contains collections of resources and reagents required to perform microarray experiments. It also serves as a repository for array data sets that investigators wish to share with the research community

The purpose of this section is both to permit the exchange of reagents and to facilitate the analysis and interpretation of array data. As such, each section contains a link at the bottom through which you can add information related to your experience.

Array Components
Data and resources necessary to conduct array experiments such as sequence-verified clone sets, primers for amplifying clones for cDNA arrays, and Affymetrix gene to olig mappings

Reagent List
A listing of reagent resources and information submitted by users and their related discussions. Included in this resource are discussions, links, and downloads regarding experimental reagents for microarray experiments.

Submit a new reagent via the Twiki Tool application-- its easy! The Twiki Tool builds an interactive list of downloads, links, and discussions around a particular topic.
