The Knight Center for Specialized Journalism is conducting a seminar for 30 journalists on "Climate Change, It’s Sweeping Impact," May 27-30. USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center in Laurel, MD will be hosting the group on Thursday, May 29. The Knight Center for Specialized Journalism has been offering intensive seminars for journalists since 1987. More than 2,700 print, broadcast and freelance journalists from more than 460 news organizations have received fellowships. The one-week and three-day courses cover a variety of timely topics, including economics and finance, law, social issues, science, religion and health and medicine.
