ACTION: Final rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to abolish the Federal Wage System special wage schedule for printing positions in the Detroit, Michigan, wage area. Printing and lithographic employees in Detroit will now be paid rates from the regular Detroit, Michigan, wage schedule. EFFECTIVE DATE: February 3, 1995. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On November 2, 1994, OPM published an interim rule to abolish the Federal Wage System special wage schedule for printing positions in the Detroit, Michigan, wage area. The interim rule provided a 30-day period for public comment. OPM received no comments during the comment period. Therefore, the interim rule is being adopted as a final rule. Regulatory Flexibility Act I certify that these regulations will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities because they will affect only Federal agencies and employees.
