We provide consultative guidance and advice to ITA management, providing a resource for officials, who are regularly called upon to make decisions involving programs, processes, procedures, and staffing. This office helps management evaluate program alternatives, workforce structure and development needs, and ITA strategic priorities. It also advises management on sensitive workforce issues, and ensures seamless delivery of human resources services.
