Design a New Roadway

You are a new engineer for the Federal Highway Administration. You have been asked to study several roadway options for a new Parkway in western Maryland. You need to decide what design to use based on the environmental impacts of the new roadway design on the mountainous terrain. Several options have been prepared by your design group.
