The District is conducting a 30-day Public Comment period to comply with State law (Waters Bill) for All Faiths Crematory's proposed project (Permit Application Number 9748) to install two new Human Crematory Retorts. The plant is located at 1773 Timothy Drive, San Leandro.

The District has cancelled this application and will not be issuing an authority to construct or permit to operate to All Faiths Crematory at this location.
