Dr. Ali al-Dabbagh serves as the spokesman for the Office of the Prime Minister of Iraq, Nouri al-Maliki. He served as a member of the Iraqi parliament and as an advisor to the Iraqi Governing Council. A longtime human rights activist, Dr. al-Dabbagh received his doctorate in engineering.
