What is the listserv and who can join?

The Web Content Managers Forum is an ad hoc group of almost 1,000 government web managers across the country. It gives web managers a chance to share ideas and discuss important issues through email. The forum is open only to government employees who have an email address in the .gov, .mil. or .fed.us domain.
