No reports of damage or casualties have been received at this time; however, this earthquake may have caused damage due to its location and size.
Felt Reports
MD 6.5 (SNET). Some houses damaged in the Guatemala City area. Felt (IV) at San Salvador, El Salvador. Felt at Tapachula, Mexico. Also felt in parts of Nicaragua. Landslides occurred in Escuintla, Guatemala.
